She didn’t show up to a confirmed appointment. I called and texted while standing at the suite. I didn’t even get a response text and my calls not ans...wered. I get that people could run into issues that may prevent them from completing your appointment. But it’s now two hours later and I didn’t even get a courtesy text saying she couldn’t make it. Mind you, there’s a $20 cancellation fee. So I should respect the technicians time but they don’t have to respect mine. Show more
