Janira is by far theee BEST! She literally helped me when i was at my lowest! She pushed and pushed me to where i need to be. Not only with just worki...ng out but her nutrition class helped me out ALOT as well. I went from 235 to 189 in the matter of 6 months. And not to mention all this was VIRTUALLY!!!!! My first class with Janira was the booty bands! It was tough but at the end felt good and loved it. She made sure to show all the workouts with a modi...fied way if there was one available. She also reassured me to go at the pace I felt I needed to especially with it being my first time and I loved that. I’m definitely feeling it the next day but looking forward to the next one to continue getting stronger and fit ❤️ Show more

I have been a follower of J’s for over 7 years. I moved away and could no longer train in person! Believing in her virtual program is the best thing I... ever did! I was skeptical to be working out without much equipment or in-person, but let me tell you if your thinking that way please do not! I have met ALL of my workout goals with little to NO equipment. I decided to start up with J after having had two babies back to back. I was well overweight for my height & started to experience body aches and back pain. All it took was consistency and discipline on my part & now 90% of my baby weight is gone! If you take full advantage of her program, and her warm ups you will definitely see results! (Not to mention she has a meal prep service too!) She has everything you need in one spot. She also creates such a warm supporting community of women even virtually. & she is always so open and caring and providing tips to make you better! I highly recommend her program to anyone who doesn’t have the time to train in person and who may be doubting how much results you can get from home. I am living proof that if you put her advice and trainings to the test you WILL see results! I’m excited to continue on this journey!
