As a Google employee I never have used AI none the less I just said aloud I need a individual that ...is skilled uses good products patient and attenitive to my skin while providing a overall experience that I once had previously when I lived out west and Ms Kozlyn's name appeared in my Booksy app. I am very grateful for the A 1 service that she provided me. I am a maticulous individual that pays great attention to detail and so does she. I now have a new friend. Thank you again Kozlyn for the exceptional service you provided me on a walkin. I drove from Highland to come see you and it was worth the construction and all. You were pleasant, polite, and courteous my entire visit from the greeting to the see you soon. Koz is an excellent hairdresser, barber, stylist, whatever you want to call it. Her attention to detail is incredibly precise and all the while engagi...ng in conversation. This was my second time having her cut my hair and beard and I, again, am very very happy with the outcome. I really think I found a permanent barber. I used to go to Lady Jane's because it's fairly cheap, fast and only slightly closer to my house. But I've noticed a couple of major differences. Firstly, the way the staff welcomes you when you walk in and say goodbye when you leave. Lady Jane's, and I'm not hating on them, don't necessarily seem sincere compared to Elite Cutz. When I left Lady Jane's I would get a very generic goodbye. At Elite Cutz, every single staff member said goodbye to me personally, like I was leaving a family function! I absolutely love that. Secondly, I was in that chair for what seemed like 20 minutes. Apparently, Koz had been cutting and detailing my hair for something like 45min-1hr. This wasn't just a haircut, this was us catching up. This was meeting new people and chatting with them too. This was coming into a community of friends who hadn't seen each other for a while. While at Lady Jane's, it's more like "Hi. Sit down. How are you. *Haircut*. *Money*. Thanks for coming. Thank you Koz for an amazing haircut and beard trim and thank you to the staff for treating me like family! Show more

This is the third or fourth time Charisse has cut my hair. She always does an excellent job! I’m very picky about my line up, and my hair has changed ...since I was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago. I don’t know that I’ll ever go anywhere else. Charisse is always consistent with ideas and able to put together a design or make a rendition of something I bring in too. I’ve found this has been really difficult for other barbers. She seems to “trust the process,” and it works! 😊 Show more
