This was my first time visiting Sylvester. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about hair care. He provided a complete consultation and explai...ned everything that he was doing to my hair and the products he used. We discussed some problem areas that I had and ways to address the issues. My ends needed to be trimmed and I was a bit hesitant, but he walked me through the process and explained that hair trimming is part of the hair care process.
