I’m going on a trip for my 30th birthday & this is such an important milestone for me & my hair looks crazy. I’ve never done a half sew in half braid ...before. I’ve always gotten ponytails or boho braids but the girl I was going to moved to Florida. You can see the entire weft on the top of my head. Did not show me how the top of my hair looks or the back. Looks amazing from the front, braids look good but once you see the back or top it looks sooo crazy. I reached out several times on needing help with colors for bundles etc & I would never get a response. So I ended up choosing a color that did not look good at allI, cause I had no idea what I was doing. The girl I used to go to provided the hair. I can’t see the top of my head unless I use a mirror. It would have been nice for her to exactly show me take a picture something how it would look if she sewed it in. I should be able to trust someone doing my hair& people who do hair should love what they do & not let someone walk out of their place looking crazy. Show more

I’m sorry that this was your experience. You provide a hair that was a bad quality hair, i spoke to you about it and even told you your hair was longer then the hair provide, id be best to use your own hair, you said it's okay still proceed with the service & next time you'll get it longer, after the service was done i showed you and even took a video of you and asked if there's anything you'd like for me to fix your word were "no everything looks good". I wish you would’ve had said something and see what we could've resolved.
