She didn’t have all the supply’s to do my wig right the hot comb or nothing and I told her I didn’t like it instead of fixing it she talked shit that’...s messed up my birthday is tomorrow I called multiple people and ask they all said the same thing she had bad customer service my lace is coming up and everything I’m so upset she could’ve at least fixed it for my birthday I don’t even have a part or makeup on it I literally showed her a picture of how I wanted it and she did her own style plus curls that I didn’t want and she was so mean about it I’m a young teen so I cried she didn’t even care I’m really upset look at my edges I paid a high ass deposit for this 🥺 Show more

At first, after looking everywhere for someone to start my locs I started to give up because everyone was saying my hair was too straight/curly and th...at they couldn’t start my dreads. Then someone gave me Eshs card & I went to her & from there, everything was GREAT! Sometimes when you go to new salons/barbershops for the first time, you don’t know how things are going to go or if it will be an awkward environment, Esh was very friendly and professional. She even let my wife record some of the process and we all 3 talked like we had known her forever. I came here so i could get interlocking starter locs, she answered all my questions and got me booked immediately. Esh did amazing through every step. On top of that the place itself is very welcoming & beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere to get your hair done correctly with no problems, Go to her!!
