The facility was great and it was in a nice area. Upon entering the salon, it was warm and inviting. Nikki is very professional. She has great persona...lity with a humble spirit and customer service friendly. She had great soothing music playing and her styling skills are outstanding. I had never been to her salon before, but she has now gained another customer because I am definitely going back. I had always heard my coworker speaking very highly of her, but I got a chance to experience it. She is everything I heard and more. Thank you Nikki for a great experience and I love my hair. If you want to talk about a journey to healthy hair, here it is! Last year, I had significant hair loss and breakage due to health reasons in addition... to a quick weave removal gone wrong (my fault). I decided to leave the quick weaves alone (it was not for me) and became frustrated and just wanted my hair back! Nikki started deep conditioning treatments, gave me advice on hair maintenance in between visits and now my short cut is healthy and growing into a cute bob. My breakage stopped and my hair is now maintained by trims when necessary and I keep my hands out of my hair by daily wrapping at night, less heat while my hair retreats. Morale of the story, when you and your stylist work together, results happen. I absolutely love the hair and self-care at Miss Nikki the Stylist! Show more

The best experience I’ve had in a long long time. The way Ms. Nicki provides such a safe and judgement free environment. She listens to your concerns ...she gives you good feedback on what can be done differently. By far one of the sweetest down to earth people I have met. The energy in the salon is absolutely calming and you get your one on one experience with the Ms. Nicki.
