    Worst experience ever with Tiffany Kertrell. I was fooled by her Yelp reviews because she was extremely rude towards me and didn't care about customer service what so ever. She had issues with Groupon and beraded me (demanded I showed her how much I... exactly paid for the Groupon with my email instead of just the voucher itself?!) and ranted to her coworkers about it the whole time. After she didn't try to talk to me at all and just insulted me right next to customers and coworkers literally the wash bowl area - instead of saying "you have dry scalp" try using "I recommend you to use sulfate free product to help. " Laughed in my face when I asked a question, whipped my wet hair in my eye, and just had blatant disregard with my hair honestly like she didn't even TRY to avoid touching my ears!!! Literally her finger went in my ear -.-Throughout this whole trial there wasn't much difference to my hair at all with an Olaplex treatment. I've went to salons before with Groupon and never had an issue. I felt horrible especially with all the other stylists in the salon being so caring and nice to their client!!! This was supposed to be a self-care thing I was looking forward to but it ended up being a complete nightmare. The negativity she was feeling with Groupon was thrown at me, it was just really unprofessional and I unfortunately had to sit there with it.

    Tiffany was very knowledgeable about Brazilian Blowouts and I’m very happy with the outcome. I have not washed my hair yet but feel confident that I will still be very happy with it....

    The salon where she works at was immaculate. There were 2 stylists and both were with clients but still very welcoming when I got there. Tiffany was very personable and professional. She went over with me the process of Keratin blowout, do's an...d don'ts and the expected result. I didn't feel rushed even though there was a walk-in client. I'll be coming back for sure. Definitely worth your time.

    I came to meet ms Ketrell through mayvenn which pays for your hair as well as install fr your hair. She did a good job for the install but reaching her was quite difficult. her communications are unorganized and she did not know the clients preferen...ces. She also asks for a deposit before appointments which i was happy to pay since i believed i would be receiving it back. I have not received my deposit back. she has been very unprofessional in her communications and i would not recommend coming to her.

    Oh you’re the one without communication that tried to lie to mayveen and say I wanted you to pay $300 to which I don’t have a service for that amount. You offered to pay my fee then caused drama. No you’re not getting your deposit back because of your last minute cancellation and drama caused to which mayven wanded up crediting me for your untruths after investigation. Divine intervention..:)

    Tiffany was so sweet and very kind to my hair. I got the olaplex treatment done and it was nice and relaxing. I am a hijabi so she accommodated me to schedule a time during a non busy hour so no male stylist or clients would be in there. It was reall...y great. Her reviews were on point !

    Tiffany was great! She took me in last minute on the 23rd of December! She made me feel comfortable and explained things to me about hair that I never knew! She is well-versed and seems to be very experienced at what she does. I rarely book a second ...appointment for hair because I don’t pay too much attention to taking care of it regarding cuts and treatments, but Tiffany inspired me to take better care and offered to be there for me to guide me through that! Needless to say, I booked my second appointment with her immediately after my first appointment with her!
