Amazing!!!! Walk in and feel very homey not like all same oh salon look. She was very sociable so wasn’t an awkward 4 hours. Knew exactly what she was... doing and recommended things for my hair. Was very gently on my hair and let me know how to take care of my hair. Would sooooo recommend. I did the Brazilian blowout!!

Great Stylist are so hard to find…and when you find one hold on for dear life!!!! Guerry is definitely that! I love my haircut it’s beautiful and flow...s and everything I wanted. Guerry got me together even with me not really being able to explain what I wanted, that’s how you know she’s amazing! 😀

My first impression of Guerry was warm and welcoming. The first time I scheduled a service with her she was amazing. Recently I went back for another ...partial highlight and a haircut. I loved my haircut! As far as the highlights they weren’t working out for me. I contacted her to let her know about the situation. I was personally attacked and felt terrible. Typically the hairstylists ask you to come back to be adjusted a bit with no additional charge. I was told that I would have to pay more. So I did plus a tip. I don’t agree with having to pay more. I only gave two stars because of the poor treatment I received and feeling personally attacked. It’s a luxury to get your hair done and along with that should be great customer service.

Cathy, Shame on you for spreading these lies about me. I take my business very seriously and I love what I do. Here are the facts: -we discussed adding a money piece and had a thorough consultation including photos -I delivered and you loved it when you left the salon -5 days later you had a change of heart and wanted me to soften it and that’s ok. -I added lowlights and charged you $20 as a product fee (since I originally did what you asked and you were happy when you left) You’re saying that I “personally attacked” you for charging you a $20 product fee. I’ve been nothing but kind and professional with you. You have been blocked from booking with 3 other stylists that I know and they shared some red flags about you. I knew this before I did your hair but I took you on as a client anyway believing I could make you happy. I’m sorry this didn’t work out between us and I wish you luck.
