Hello Ashanta! I really hate that this was your experience. Your appointment was accidentally over looked during rescheduling. When I was informed you were at the salon I immediately called with no answer. During my 10 years I’ve NEVER been rude to any of my clients and you can see from my reviews (not only for my regulars but first time clients) that this is not an issue for me. I am human, not perfect and sometimes life happens. I apologize that the experience left and bad taste but again it was not intentional. I hope that you were able to find a stylist to take of your needs and wish you well.
