Hello, sorry the inconvenience but the original appointment was rescheduled by the client, I attempted to reschedule but due my daughter having strep I had to arrange more clients. Deposits are non refundable as well especially if it's not me that cancelled or ask to reschedule. On 3/14 I asked were you free ( you saw the message late ) 3/17 I asked does Saturday at 4 works you responded “yes that works” 3/20 you asked does Saturday work still I said yes. You responded "I’ll see you then love” 3/22 @1:53pm you asked again were we still good & at 1:54pm I responded yes again ! At 4:10 Saturday I reached out bc now you’re late and it’s past the grace period. i reached out and waited around & then at 7:54 that day you responded “ I needed information before hand because he is with his father “ & I confirmed 2 times.
