I was waiting for Hanah 15 minutes after the agreed upon appointment time and contacted the phone number provided. Mo responded to me and after insist...ing they responded in a message that Hannah had a problem with her car that we needed to reschedule. I had a trip very early the next day and I wanted to get my eyebrows ready. It was disappointing because I didn't have time to look for someone else. It was at 6pm. I understand that things happen but he couldn't even warn or grab an Uber like any responsible and professional person does. 0 responsibility and professionalism. Show more

A text message was sent out early in the day trying to contact you to let you know that Hanna’s car was giving her trouble and that she would not make it. The message was sent many hours prior to your appointment. So we were in no way unprofessional, we did our best and notified you many hours with anticipation.

I wasnt su...re how many different options curls and sizes were available for lashes. After a few picture ideas and some questions about preferences, i ended up with lashes i absolutely love! I live an hour away and I still drive down just to see her because I could never go to someone else! Couldn’t get better service anywhere else! I’m very glad you enjoyed your experience. Please keep in mind that you did have some residue from your prior lashes so that could cause for some lashes to have fallen out due to the adhesive maybe not being able to hold well from it. But if you do have any inconveniences right after your appointment you’re more than welcome to come in and I could definitely take a look at it to see if there’s any fixing that needs to be done.
