The massage was very erratic. The masseuse did not use adequate lotion/oil so that there was too much friction while rubbing my skin. I had to ask her... to add more because I was in pain. Halfway through the massage she left the room for several minutes without explanation then returned and turned one of the lights on, changing the atmosphere for the remainder of the massage. I asked her why she turned on the light but she did not seem to understand me. Rather than make a bigger deal about it I just closed my eyes. The hot stones were used sparingly and on their sharp edges much of the time in repetitive motions at the top of my neck. I have had many massages and thus was a first for me. Very few smooth motions with the stones. I am very very sore today at the top of my neck. I asked for medium pressure and checked in repeatedly because I was in pain. I have had prior massages here and never experienced a problem before. My facial was fantastic. Show more

Overall a good experience. Polite and friendly staff. Nice facility. They honored the 1 hour commitment that I signed up for. My only feedback is the...y ask for what pressure you prefer (soft, medium or hard). I chose medium, my bf chose soft. We both received hard. We got a couple's massage and our masseuses switched part way through and one of the women definitely gave a soft massage and the other was very hard on both of us. Show more
