This was a poor experience for me. While my hair turned out really good, the customer service was awful. This stylist was an hour and 40 mins late. My... plans were ruined for the rest of the day. There was no interaction which is fine but having to listen to phone conversations on speaker was highly frustrating. When I got out the chair to leave there was no goodbye, have a nice day, nothing. It was almost like I was invisible. Thankfully there was another stylist there named Sheena who actually talked to me and smiled. She also helped with my hair. I would never return here because it’s not a welcoming environment. Lastly, as my hair was getting finished up, there was a conversation held about the next client’s hair style being done in two days instead of one sitting because this stylist had other work plans. I could not imagine being the person who came after me. This was unprofessional and upsetting. Never again. Show more
