I was disappointed to wait for 30 minutes only to find that Charles, the barber with whom I had an appointment, did not arrive. He did not have the co...urtesy to call or text me while I waited. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and text, I received no response. A colleague mentioned that he works two jobs, but I do not believe this justifies his lack of communication. After waiting for an additional 40 minutes, another barber, known as L.A., took over and provided excellent service. I was very pleased with the haircut and truly loved the result. However, when it came time to settle the bill, he charged me $40, despite the app indicating a price of $33. I paid the $40 and considered the extra amount as a tip. While I am satisfied with the haircut, I am uncertain about my future visits. Show more
