***UPDATE: I made an appointment for today with the same barber, but it was rescheduled by your shop to he a different barber. Miller did a great job... and my son enjoyed chatting with him. Honestly I dont think I should have been charged the entire $30 for the haircut since he was just there yesterday for a "shape up" that I still don't understand what I paid for (besides the beard). Anyway, perhaps it was a miscommunication. My son has been here before and we never had issues until yesterday. *** I booked a beard "with machine" and a "shape up with machine". The shape up did not include shaping up the front or sides of the hairline. I've never heard of this before. My son was confused, as they didn't even touch that area of his hairline. He asked about it and was told there wasn't more time for that. The shape up with machine is a 15 minute appt... what did they do for that 15 minutes? His neckline? We aren't even using a razor for this appointment, so what did we do? Confused and disappointed. Show more

Unfortunately your son was 5 minutes late for his appointment which was the reason that Carlos wasn't able to do what your son was asking for. The beard on machine is $10 and so is the shape up on the machine, if your son would've preferred the razor for the shape up it would be $15 dollars instead of the $10 and the beard would be $20 insta of the $10. If our barber would have been told your son that he would've liked his hairline shaped up, that would be a regular haircut which he wouldn't have time for. If you'd like to come in so that we can get it fixed by the same barber or a different one, we would have no problem in doing so. We're sorry for the misunderstanding.
