Barber was professional, courteous, and very clean. He made sure I was comfortable and happy with my haircut.

Very disappointed with this last hair cut for my son and husband , I schedule the appointment with time and my husband and son got there on time , and... waiting to get seen since the barber was smoking a cigarette out side and talking to other barbers , then he rushed through both my husband and sons hair cuts with in 25/30 min he finished 2 hair cuts one adult and a kid hair cut , mind you it both hair cuts are horrible , my son has spots and also wasn’t cut to what was told , and my husbands hair is horrible to has a bunch of spots and uneven one side is literally nice one side and the other side is horrible , my husband notice he was rushing just to attend other walk in I get it that’s your money but don’t rush through a customers hair cuts , I recommend his to my husband since I took my son and was very impressed with his attentiveness with cutting hair and now he lost 2 customers and my son has been going with him for a couple of times and my husband first time since I recommend him and now I regret recommending since he literally just rushed through there hair and messed there hair up . Would not be going with this barber no more ! Show more

First let me start by saying that i am truly sorry that you feel that way. I regret that you were not present. Nonetheless, in my defense, your husband was 6 min late to our appointment and I know bc I was standing outside smoking a cigarette waiting for him before I saw him pull into the parking lot. Secondly your son loved his haircut and your husband had no objections whatsoever when I asked him, exactly like I do every child’s parents, for his approval. Even with your husband's haircut, after I was done I handed him the mirror, turned the chair in an entire 360 slowly so he can view his haircut from every angle, exactly like I do every client, and he approved. Had he expressed any concerns, I would’ve aimed to plz like I always do. Also I was in no rush. It took me 50 min of my time to complete both services. I wasn’t taking any walk ins by choice and there was still a 20 min gap before my next appointment were to arrive. Again I’m truly sorry you feel that way but had you been there yourself personally maybe we both would’ve had a much more satisfactory outcome. Communication is key. I would’ve never even charged for the service if a client expressed that they were unsatisfied. Your husband tipped me.
