My experience with James was okay. He definitely understood how I like my fades and did not disappoint. The only mixup was my face. He cut the ends ...of my mustache and trimmed down my beard without asking if I wanted it trimmed ( normally shape up around it). Can’t be mad if he didn’t know, I would recommend asking “ How would you like your face?” Next time to someone. Besides that my fade was very detailed and you can tell he’s passionate about his Kraft. I would recommend coming to see him. Show more
