I only used this provider twice, but I would not recommend her for thick, long hair. She damaged my son's hair and refused to take responsibility. I f...ound knots in the ends of my son’s hair that just pulled right out as I unraveled the braids. The appointments are so rushed that there's no real hair care happening at all, just styling.

At the end of the appointment, I checked in to make sure everything looked okay before you left, and after you later reached out with concerns, even though I did not agree, I still offered a complimentary trim and deep conditioning treatment in an effort to resolve the situation professionally. I always aim to provide the best experience possible for every client and truly wish you and your son the best.
