while i’m sure she’s good at other hairstyles i don’t recommend for braids at all. i asked for a knotless boho bob style and while they were cute at f...irst, the braids started to unravel the next day. the parts were messed up and the gel she used for the braids made my hair very flaky. i did inform her of the braids falling out and she offered to fix them. However, I do go to college in another state and was unable too. The next day more of the braids and curls came out and i did ask her for half a refund. She then said that my hair was untamed and that the best she could do was fix some of the braids. I did inform her that i wouldn’t be back in town for another 2 months and that half a refund was the best option and she said ok. when i asked for the refund she ignored the rest of my messages. Not sure i recommend for braids. Show more

While I’ve been styling and servicing for years, I’m aware that many factors lead to a person being unhappy with their service. I only ask a few things when coming to get braids being considerate of my time and the overall outcome. Come with your hair ready and the correct hair for the service. Neither was done here. I also am always willing to fix/change things so that money is never wasted. I will never argue nor go back and forth when a simple solution is offered. Peace be with you and anyone who is this wayo
