Had an 11 o'clock appointment. Troy didn't show until 12. Co-workers texted him twice but they didn't get a response. So after waiting 20 minutes I as...ked for another barber. When Troy did show he was unapologetic. I'm sure if the situation was reversed he would not have been a satisfied customer. The least he could have done was contact the shop and let them know that he was going to be late. The ball was clearly dropped on this occasion. Show more

Extremely long wait! Had appointments booked in advance for both my kids and still waited 1.5 hours to get into the chair! I understand a small wait, ...but I was told my boys were next, but since I did not go into the shop, the barber took two other people ahead of them... (prob friends of his) I was extremely frustrated as I was waiting in the car and doing some work online! I will not be booking again with this barber especially when I spend 50-60 dollars on two haircuts! I expect better service for the price and the fact that I booked in advance, Barber seemed nice but Never again! Show more

i am Truly SORRY. NO EXCUSE. I DROPPED THE BALL TODAY. Today was the busiest i have ever been. Back 2 school. i was behind a whole hour today. i was also understaffed. i i pride myself on professionalism and not wasting peoples time. forgive me. im really sorry. i share all reviews. good or bad. it will never happen again!

When we first moved here we went to different places to get my sons haircut and they never cut it the way he wanted. A friend told us about 5 star bar...ber shop and that’s how we met Troy.
