It was clear this man was trying to get a free haircut and was upset he didn’t. I will clarify and post pictures of this mans cut from inside the shop. You will see, It’s obvious, that when he went in his car he rubbed his hair against the grain to try and make his haircut & line look undone. First Charles showed me a pic of a prior cut with a certain level of darkness but didn’t tell me the picture was photoshopped until after the cut. Secondly, The cut was done in a timely manner but Charles kept wanting me to do extra things to his haircut, asking me to shampoo and condition him when he didn’t book that, asking me to put lotion on his head before I razored his hairline after I already used hot steam to get his hair soft, asking me to constantly adjust something on his cut, which I did with no complaints, I care that all my clients get what their happy with, I must admit this guy went overboard. Constantly looking in the mirror while I was asking him to look straight so I could see what I was working on. Asking me to get his mustache sharper but also saying the clippers are too sharp. The man complained about every set of linners I have, meanwhile he had no redness, welping or any signs of irritation and these are the same clippers I use on children with no problem. After all these request were met and I hand him a mirror and ask if there’s anything else he wants me to do, he says the cut is fine then, gets up and says he doesn’t want to pay for his haircut.
