I've been going here for 2 months now. Consistently doing Cryo and Sauna. I've already shed 9 pounds and increased my performance in the gym. 1 HR of ...HIIT training followed up by 1 HR of weight training. I no longer feel tight or extremely sore. My recovery rate has improved! The staff is awesome! Best local Cryo spot!! Show more
