He’s really driving me t...o put the effort in and not take the easy way out or look for short term gains. Looking forward to seeing where this takes me but I know it’s going to be in the right direction! Highly recommend him if you are committed to making yourself not just look better but feel better for the long term. If you are committed to living the best version of yourself and willing to admit you have to put the work in and make serious changes to some bad habits, commit to T! His positive additive but tough approach is a perfect mix to get you pumped up to stay on track.

🙂This is what everyone should hope for & expect on their 1st day of personal training....support, motivation, organization, attention to detail, comf...ortable atmosphere and respect. I was so nervous about training ( getting in shape) again bc of being away from it for so long; Teion addressed it immediately and encouraged me throughout the entire session.
