Despite arriving a couple minutes early for my appointment and waiting 15 minutes after the start time I had no interaction with the two employees wor...king except one of them and I said hello when I came in. Once my appointment had already started, employees just called names of people who were waiting but never approached the waiting area, asked about reservations, or asked if Chris was there which they should have since I had an appointment.
