Well first of all, nobody was there. Doors were locked and I had booked my appointment for 6:30 and I got there 30min earlier since I got off work ear...ly. I called the store and nobody answered and I figured maybe they were closed. My thing is, if my appointment said it’s confirmed at 6:30 but I call and nobody answers and plus the door is locked to where I can’t come in and wait, then there’s a problem and it’s very unprofessional. Luckily, they didn’t require a deposit at the time of booking the appointment because I would’ve been very pissed off. But I will not be coming here at all. I was right in schedule and it really messed up the plans I had. Thanks for nothing. Show more
