I've had 4 barbers since i move to Louisville in 2017. Each were given 6+ month's to get my cut right. None worked out UNTIL I tried TiphaneeLee at Bl...ack Shears. She cut my hair perfectly the 1st time. I highly recommend Black Shears. The barber shop is clean, no hair all over the floor. The barbers are friendly and TiphaneeLee is truly a Master Barber, she knows her stuff. Show more
