Owen Harris did a thorough job review my health history and my desired goals. The workouts are fun yet challenging. Owen seems to have a great abilit...y to plan a workout that is beneficial to where I’m at today and where I want to be in the future. The atmosphere at Downtown Fitness is that of a private gym. Everyone there is friendly and encouraging. A real “non-judgmental” place to workout. The stretching that Owen did at the end of the workout was very helpful. The workout equipment and cardio equipment was top notch. Show more
