Absolutely lost for words! I can not stress how happy I was to find a braider in Minneapolis, let alone someone of this caliber. Upon my arrival Blu e...mphasized the importance of understanding her clients as well as ensuring that I was aware of what products she was going to be using during my appointment. I immediately felt welcomed and wanted because of this. Furthermore, this is by far the best style I have had and this was 100% her free-styling. Truly an artist who has a passion for her services! I wish I could give 0 stars but the app doesn’t let you go that low. This lady has absolutely no respect for your time and is easily the most unprof...essional PERSON I’ve dealt with when it comes to scheduling. My very first appointment with Blu was set for 12pm. I drove 40 mins, took time off work, and found a babysitter just to make it. I was waiting out front when she called me at 11:58 (two minutes before the scheduled appointment) saying she was sick and was canceling the appointment! After that incident she got me in once and I will say she does good work, I loved it. Things just got worse with her after that tho. 3 consecutive times this woman took my deposit and waited until a couple hours before on THE DAY of the appointment before telling me that she had to cancel. Like I said, she does amazing work but if being your client means getting treated like that then I’m staying far away. Show more
