Firstly, the BBB is just a place that provides information. Which they clearly haven't updated upon the recent sell of the business location. Legacy barbershop is now a mobile barbershop and does not have an actual store from location. So I'm very sorry that you have been somehow given the wrong address to the location and showed up at a shop that was closed and does not belong to me. Secondly, I did however refund you back the 50% hold that the company has set in place for that protection policy, that you clearly agreed to upon booking the appointment. And when you sign up and book an appointment on the booking app you input you phone number to be able to be contacted incase of issues like this. Not only that, I did send a text explaining how you did go to the wrong address (not sure how you got the old address location bc it has been updated in the app) but I also texted the pending receipt as well as the confirmation receipt on the refunded amount back to your card in another text as soon as the confirmation went through. And most people are respectful enough to reply to resolve an issue instead of going as far as you did with a very unnecessary bad review. I'm a very understanding person and I compromise for my clients constantly. I close at 7pm but I will attend to clients some days until 10:30pm! So best of luck to you and your future bookings with other businesses.
