The atmosphere was great, but I don’t feel like I got what I asked for. To begin, I asked to trim my hair to a 3. When he showed me in the mirror it w...as already less than 3, but I said the length was okay because it was already done. He said okay now I’m gonna sponge it, and then next thing I know he was cutting off more without asking/explaining!! I’m half a inch away from a brush cut now! I asked for a soft taper. I’ve never had a barber take a blade and adjust my hairline! My hairline structure is clear, but he took a blade and started scraping towards my line…again, at this point it is already being done so I’m feeling like there’s not much I can do but try and trust it. But I absolutely hate it, and I’m praying my original line grows back the way it originally was. I said I want the sides and back blended and faded no shorter than a 1, I left with a round shaped Afro like cut. The sides are the same length as the top. I could’ve asked for him to lower the sides once I saw it, but after my sidelines were pushed back the trust was gone. In conclusion, I think he’s probably a great barber for men, but not the right barber for a woman who would like a soft taper, shape, and a little trim. Show more
