I came across this person through a friend i work with.. I Got on Instagram and followed soni can get more information and possibly schedule an appoin...tment!! After scheduling my appointment with her(never gave me her name).. she requested a deposits of $25(that was going to be added to the final price) to scheduled the appointment to make sure that was serious about showing up!! **One thing I would have appreciated to know before a service agreement with her was the 35 minutes one way drive.. but for quality experience is drive anywhere!! Or so i hoped!! When i got there it was a bit awkward as she did not introduce herself.. But i drove that far.. injust wanted to pay for the services and leave.. I wanted tooth gems.. one on each upper side od my K9s.. She sowed me some "examples" she had.. my friend i work with being ine of them.. and a couple of others.. I fell in love with the two gems one on top of each other placed on the K9s.. totaling $61.00!! The Original price from what my friend told me she charged was $35.00.. when scheduled the appointment with her.. she quoted me at $50.00.. One on each side.. which was still reasonable considering what i paid somewhere else.. So because i changed the design the price changed.. and that is absolutely ok.. She was patient with me and the positioning i wanted of the gems.. they came out looking well.. She stated multiple times that they should last for at least 2 months.. but if for any reasons the fell off within the first few days that she would replace them for free.. My total fee was $61.00.. Tipped her another $20.00(holidays) My appointment was at 4pm December 16th.. The following morning at 03:58 one of the gems fell off.. I inboxed her to notify her of the gem falling out.. No reply.. I waied a few days more as its the holiday season and wanted to show courtesy.. Still no reply.. Its been Almost a week now.. and i still havent been replied to nor were the messages checked on.. I dont normally like to leave reviews.. because i believe that there are consequences for our actions.. No matter how small.. But this was not a good experience considering the lack of professionalism and minimal to no communication!! I would have thought that i would have been able to communicate with her as i was kind and giving!! Hopefully this is a future learning experience for both of us!!

Hi, I’m so sorry you felt this way about your experience. I tried my best to satisfy everyone. I was flexible with the time of your appointment & the mulitple changes you needed. I also worked with you when wanting to come 30 mins early and tried completing my client before you arrived to take you earlier than you had scheduled. There may have been some mix up with the info your friend gave you, I did charge him 50, 35 was the remaining amount he paid after his 25 deposit was sent. The info including my name, number and location Is also provided here publicly on my booksy so you can see my approx. location before scheduling. I had no way of knowing our distance. I also did greet you and asked if this is your first time getting this service and we talked a bit before starting. I do own up to the fact that I had not seen messages due to them being in my requested box of my Instagram, I should be more updated with that even in busy times like the holidays. Once again I do have my number on my booksy, I encourage everyone to reach me through there for quicker responses or incase I do miss something on my Instagram. I try my best to make everyone comfortable when coming to see me, I pride myself in forming good relationships with my clients. I’d still like to be able to fix your gem. I appreciate any feed back I receive, I also want to make things right whenever possible. I’m a one person team trying to do my best for all my clients.
