El servicio fue muy agradable, el ambiente estaba muy tranquilo y muy buenas vibras si hacen un buen trabajo. Los precios si son diferentes a los que ...muestran en el enlace de hacer citas lo cual me parece un poco deshonesto ya que no tod@s los clientes que se presenten tendrán la posibilidad de ser presentados con precios más elevados de lo cual se les ofrece al agendar la cita. Les doy 5 estrellas porque me parece que son excelentes. Show more

Terrible customer service. Don’t book this salon they do not honor their appointments and spoke so rudely to me, even when I walked in and greeted the...m with a smile. I set my appointment three weeks prior to coming in today. When I entered the worker looked at me and said we are closed I mention I had an appointment and it was confirmed and they told me no we are closed. I even tried calling the day before and morning of my appointment to confirm with them and no one answered. When I asked her what should I do in the future since I booked an appointment and tried calling she said just book an appointment for an earlier time. I stated that they should change their work hours and not allow appointments or accept if they will not honor it. And she just gave me a stank face and said we are closed. So I walked out very disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. Show more

I... was greeted with a smile and received such wonderful service! They are all so accommodating, kind, and professional. The salon is clean, bright, and just an overall friendly atmosphere. Service was great and she was very friendly. Hair looks amazing, but prices online are misleading. My service online said 90.00 and I paid double th...at. Will go again but will ask for price before I get serviced. I saw a lot of reviews with same complaints that’s why I booked online, because prices were in black and white. But when I went to pay was told 180 glad I had that amount. Update: owner reached out and explained the process so I have a better understanding of pricing. Thank you for reaching out as a customer it speaks to her willingness to listen to clients. Again amazing job and I will be a repeat customer. Show more
