Today was the first time I had a bad experience with them .. I told them no gel multiple times because I was trying to stay in my budget and treat mys...elf to a simple manicure .. I even put a 20 dollar manicure when I booked so there should not have been any confusion.. they charge me for a gel manicure and after I told them I didn’t ask for gel manicure the guy told me I would have to go back in the chair for the gel to be taken off as if it was not their fault that they did the wrong manicure.. I felt like it was wrong because it was their fault and they should have dealt with it better than they did.. so instead of leaving the salon in a good mood.. I left upset and couldn’t deal with what I had to do after because I had to pay extra for something I didn’t ask for Show more

My first experience was wonderful. My experience yesterday was subpar. It was a gel manicure and it took extremely long. The person working on my nail...s seemed a bit new which is fine but I asked for a certain color for the design about 3 times and he still almost put white. I don’t feel like the job was professionally done. My base is unfinished as he could not complete the French tip and kept wiping it off. I ended up with a sheer base and 3 designs that another lady had to come and do. I did not come with an inspiration picture but I wanted brown French tips and a cute pumpkin on the ring finger. I did not leave with what I wanted and I paid $50 + 10 tip for something that looks like I did it myself. I also had to tip more than I wanted because he had to call somebody else over to do the designs. And she did such a good job I couldn’t just not give her anything. I really liked the salon concept and that everything could be done here all at once but I do not think I will be back. The head of one of the designs is already fallen off too. Show more

Not friendly, very slow. They took 3 hours to do a BASIC pedicure and a BASIC manicure, the girl kept messing up and having to remove the polish, she ...did not seem to care at all. She did a poor filing job that I had to point out to her to fix several times. Show more
