I’ve had great haircuts and also have had great times, but rarely have I had both at the same time. Britney is the best! She is professional, knows he...r stuff, is focused on giving you the best treatment, and making sure you’re happy with it. She’s also a hilarious, sweet human. I barely have to fuss with my hair in the morning after a Hazel Elaine cut, and require far less product generally. Her location is great, and she validated parking!?? 10/10, don’t hesitate. When I first started going to her, she took the time to hear what I wanted and used her expertise to recommend a style ...that would better fit the way my hair grows. 6 months later, and I have never been more happy with the way my hair looks. Add to that the fact that my hair requires way less product and maintenance to look great. Brittany is an absolute artist at cutting hair in a way that works for each client individually. I've been getting my haircut with Brittany for some time now and I always love the end result! In the past, I've had some rough haircuts, for example ...once I had part of my eyebrow shaved clean off! Not sure how that happens but the point is, Brittany makes sure to listen closely to what I want and doesn't make assumptions, I really appreciate that as well as her consistency in how my haircuts turn out. “Describe your experience:” How do you adequately articulate that someone is able to use their gifts, talent, skills and heart to transform how you fe...el about yourself within a 45-60 minute window of time. I don’t know, but she duplicates the experience for you each visit. I never fully appreciated self-care until after meeting and experiencing Brittany. But what I find even more interesting is that “I” show up, give little to no guidance as to the specifics of what I think I am looking for and melt away in the chair. I don’t peek and rarely do I have my eyes open, but she hits the target as to what was meant to be each and every time. The level of trust she has built over the short time (2/3 years) that we’ve come to know each other has earned her creative flexibility and afforded me a session or two a month of total, pure disconnect, relaxation and relinquishment of control because I know…no matter what mess I was when I walked-in….she got me.
