Absolutely amazing! First day and i was welcomed with open arms and i felt extremely comfortable. The group atmosphere felt sincere and genuine. Wayne is good about pushing the clients to their full potential and making sure they are getting the best... workout. I appreciate that. I was already inspired to get “fit” from seeing his post and results from Instagram. I was even more inspired the day I walked in that gym and met Wayne. I felt motivated and even more empowered to get “fit!” His motto “your race, your pace” gave m...e a sense of calmness because I knew I was out of shape. I am my own competition and my goal is to do better than I did the day before. I have to give kudos to Meosha as well. She drops nuggets everyday on setting small goals that will lead to your big goals. They’re always pushing me to slow down if needed but just don’t stop! This duo is awesome!
