Very nice young lady with an amazing vibe and I absolutely love her mama- however this experience didn’t go as planned. I am new to the lace world and... wanted to step out the box for myself by trying so FIRST time- within 6 hrs of leaving my lace was completely lifted. I reached out and asked how can I fix it what do I need to do she did respond and advise me to put the melt band on and some spray and I should be good to go in the morning however I did that and it was a disaster I text the next morning to advise that the it didn’t work and unfortunately I was leaving for a work trip today and I needed help I was advised that she could fix it it would take five minutes however driving back to the location today on my time constraints just did not work for me. Although I know it says no refunds I feel like some circumstances warrant a refund and I did not request my entire amount I just requested back the amount that it was gonna cost me to go let someone relay the lace that was in the area that I was so I can make my work trip which was $75.00- I never heard anything back in regards to anything I guess for me it’s better luck next time. -Xoxo- Show more

I literally booked last minute with no wig, Shay took care of everything in getting the wig and a great quality wig at that. She's very PROFESSIONAL a...nd definitely takes PRIDE in her work! So like her site says if you're in a hurry DON'T book with her because she definitely takes her time. I booked my 2nd appointment while under the dryer! You've got a new loyal customer boo! Oh my gosh, where do I begin? From the moment I found the young lady on Instagram and watched her work. I knew then she will be the next Stylist for m...e. She has a sweetest personality. She’s a very easy to talk to person. She helped me while I was at the hair store yummy hair extensions in Dallas. She talked to the lady there and told her what kind of style we were trying to do recommended what inch of hair I should get she was very professional as well as very personal. I would say ladies if you’re looking for a hairstylist that treats you like FAMILY, and is very professional as well as personal and gives you her undivided attention.
