Frontal Sew-In Install

Her work is great, but her customer service was really disappointing. She changed my appointment time less than an hour before the day of, and I told ...her that wouldn’t work for me. I was driving over an hour to get to her, so I had to turn around. She didn’t refund me, saying the change wasn’t “drastic,” and acted like she didn’t know I lived far, even though she had previously liked the message where I told her. I had already braided my hair down for the install and was ready to pay full price. I was so excited for the appointment, and it just never happened. She missed out on a good customer who is always on time and always tip good. Show more

Please stop being delusional and lying love , I asked you at 6:30 can you come at 8:30 it was a YES OR NO question .. I even went in explaining why I asked you to come at that time and also said YOU CAN COME AT THE TIME YOU BOOKED AT which was 8am && I waited for you and you never pulled up to your appointment ... soooooo who cancelled ? Oh okay 🥹.. you was a problem from booking .. asking 21 questions and I was even letting you bring an old frontal .. you going through a lot so imma let you have this emotional roller coaster 🎢 have a nice day stop harassing me after I blocked you from different numbers because you wanna keep picking .. you decide to cancel so that’s why a refund was never given.
