I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the haircut. With the photo you showed me I thought I did a good job replicating that, I wish you would have said something when I showed you the haircut at the end I would have gladly made alterations to make it something you were happy with. I am more than happy to offer you your money back since it is something you aren't happy with. My goal is to make sure every client leaves happy with the service and experience. . In most barber shops we don't face the client towards the mirror, for one they're normally smaller spaces and we need pads on the floor to help support our feet and our back throughout the day. If we face the client towards the mirror it would make for a congested walkway through the shop. Also by facing the other barbers and customers allows us to create great banter back and forth with one another, such as what is your favorite karaoke song, when you heard "OutKast" I was referring to my favorite karaoke song. it's roses by outkast it's my go to every time! You also heard the words go home, I'm sorry if you thought that was directed towards you but it was actually directed towards one of the other barbers who had a crummy tummy and I thought that he should just go home and relax. Washington Park barber shop welcomes everybody. We strive for our customers to have a great time, great conversation and most important, a great haircut! I'm really sorry you did not get that experience. Ram you are welcome anytime!
