I completely understand your frustration I’ve been completely frustrated too! My elevators were broken today, when you came I was using the restroom that resulted me to take a long time, & whence I was done my daughters broke my door off the hinges so today was a very stressful day for us both. I contacted you to tell you I’m coming down now and you proceeded to cancel the appointment that i was completely ready for. One of My babies have a stomach virus that’s resulted them not to go to school so instead of canceling my clients I invited you all to my home I tried my hardest to get you in today I' m sorry if you think I was being unprofessional but I truly did the best I could. If you are a new customer reading this review please understand that I’m human and things happen.
