Edit**Communication and scheduling could use some work. I schedule ahead and text to confirm appointments in advance, but the last two either haven’t ...been confirmed after a week of waiting, or times had to be rescheduled. Tia is REALLY GREAT @ cutting, and I have no problems paying extra on top of the price due to the punctuality and quality service. If the appointments could be confirmed quicker and communication to patrons be tightened up I’d be happy to go back to 5-stars! Great conversation, phenomenal technique, superb execution and soothing ambiance! Tia does a great job every time and has definitely earned my patronage from here on out!
