This was my second time visiting Jordan. Both times he has not been punctual with our appointment by at least 10-15 minutes delayed both times. His cu...tting skills are good and fast however he is very rough and forceful when using the straight razor. My second visit I asked for 1 on top and a bald fade and he asked for clarification of a mid or if I wanted to do a V in the back. I entertained the idea of a V and said to leave the top longer in order to compensate the look because he warned me that the longer hair of the V would look weird with it being short. He ended up cutting the top to the 1 and still proceeded with the V and at the end of the cut he showed me the back and I didn’t like how it looked so he proceeded to return the the original of which I asked for. At the end of the haircut he was very rude and made comments such as “If there was another customer a second cut would not have happened and that I was lucky that I was the last customer of the day.” As he said those things he didn’t even look at me and had a completely cold demeanor and told me next time to bring a picture of what I want. His customer service definitely needs a lot of work but, if you’re in need of a quick solid cut and know exactly what you want he’s good to go to. If you want to be creative and try talking with him about ideas I don’t recommend him. Show more
