Do not go to Veronica she is a horrible beautician first of all she was 40 minutes late had her waiting outside didn’t wash my niece hair didn’t line... her up had a attitude complained the whole time and did not give her the pixie style she wanted. DO NOT GO TO THST SALON you need to zelle my niece back her money Show more

The Girl that my daughter made an appointment with was 40mins late, my daughter said her aura was off and she was very annoyed complaint about her oth...er job and life etc etc. did not educate my daughter on her hairstyle and did not even do the hairstyle my daughter came with in the 1st place. After 40 mins late she didn’t offer any kind of compensation being that the appointment was done online and reserved ahead of time. Didn’t wash my daughter hair at all, she came for a pixie cut left with a tapered fro. I would like this stylist to approach others in a more caring manner Show more

You are complaining about my prices which is listed on the app so there are no surprises. I was there early & could not find a parking , witch I told you & you said you understand . your review is vvague, untruth. I did more than a color for you, but you just didn’t wanna pay the price. The rinse cost $60 . So it's not over priced . You loved your style when, it came time to pay you had an issue with the amount. I was professional so that meant I did my job. 
She was nice she was quick she was cordial and respectful and soso polite very pleasant

I have curly hair and received a silk press with what was expected to be a trim service but turned into a cut. The stylist is very talented and I walk...ed out loving my hairdo. My rating is 2 stars because her communication was very poor which negatively impacted my overall experience. Veronica was with another client when I arrived and didn’t start my hair until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had to ask for an update after waiting for at least 10 minutes to receive transparency on a more accurate start time. Then I was charged more than what I initially expected to pay. I didn’t realize it would be more expensive until she was done with my hair and she gave me the bill. Though Veronica did a great job on my hair, I would’ve appreciated more transparency initiated on her end about pricing, services and wait time when she was aware of the changes instead of after the fact. These little things weakened her level of professionalism in my opinion which doesn’t make me want to go back. If you go, just make sure to ask clarifying questions early so you’re not surprised about the services you expect to receive. Show more

I had an appointment with Veronica today. She tried to play me. First-time client, came early to discuss process and price. Veronica instantly starts ...to take out my hair not giving me a chance to know what her plan is and how much it's going to cost. A hairstyle that costs no more than $150 anywhere, been rockin a short cut for years, with a few short tracks added. Veronica is telling me she's going to charge me $310, no way! OK, you are complaining about my prices. There’s other stylist that charge cheaper prices. Clearly you found me on this app and my prices is there you came in and said you wanted a style as a walk-in matter of fact, you said you cannot afford it we stopped the service that is why I discussed prices before I start your service. Whenever someone cannot get their way with an individual, they say their attitude is messed up. Well that’s your take on a situation . I stand by my prices.

Horrible I think the ladies low-key racist or insecure. I’m trying to explain to her how other people do my hair since my hair is thin and she trying ...to give me other techniques. that’s nice and all but if I’m telling you that something doesn’t work for my hair, it doesn’t work and that’s OK. She took that as an attitude and told me to get out her store with my child with me. Everybody has their own different way of getting their hair done and I think that’s OK . Listen, I’m a stylist. I cannot please everyone but when a person comes to me and want a particular thing done and I’m not able to do it they way you want me to . I am not going to do the service. I understand the client want what you want . But there’s other places that can give you the service that you want done and your attitude was the reason why I ask you to leave my establishment.
I needed my hair washed, steamed, and twisted. I did not have an appointment but she squeezed me in. I felt relaxed and she understood my needs.
I received a silk press today with a trim, my hair was started promptly & the music /atmosphere was good vibes. My stylist was very skilled with her t...ools from the flat iron to her shears I have no complaints. Show more
