Do not book online!!!!!!! Frankie did not end up cutting my son’s hair this time. We were 8 minutes late so we got placed on walk in status. Ok… I can... wait, no big deal. Frank ended up cutting his hair and I paid 20 bucks with a 10 dollar tip. Got home to find out I had been charged a $15 reservation fee from Booksy. Now I’m at $45 for 15 minutes of service! Called and Frank tells me that I have to eat that cost because we were 8 minutes late. I always take my son here and always book online. We have NEVER actually been seen on time and often wait 20-30 minutes after our appointment time. Which I have never complained about. But, I won’t be going here anymore. For someone who cares so much about the community this seemed really greedy and just downright dirty. As a side note I will say as a LEO I often have to bite my tongue in the shop because of the talk that goes on degrading police and law enforcement. I think I can find a better atmosphere for a more reasonable price and fair policy or management. Show more
