In any profession, if an earlier client’s appointment runs longer than expected, it can create a chain reaction — but I never compromise on giving each client the same level of care and attention without rushing. To clarify, the client before you was not receiving a free haircut or a “favor for a friend.” They were a regular paying client whose service simply exceeded its scheduled time. Your actual wait was about 20 minutes, and I still honored your request for a 15–20 minute cut, completing it only 5 minutes past your original end time, with the same quality and detail as your previous visit. I typically do not offer discounts for short delays, just as most clients wouldn’t expect to be charged for a few minutes late arrival. However, had you brought it up during the appointment, I would have been willing to discuss a fair resolution immediately. I also want to acknowledge your July 12, 2025, 5-star review where you wrote, “ngl this was a phenomenal experience I have never smiled so much after my cut.
