Stylist was 30 minutes late, i told her i had an appointment and needed to come back she threatened to charge me $50 cancellation and said i messed up... her schedule i felt bad and stayed. Big mistake! She was washing my hair pulling it, i asked that she detangle my hair from the bottom up to prevent pulling, she got mad and said she would rinse me out and i could go, on the way out she threw a towel at me, called me old and said i had a loose booty...wild visit will not be back. This appointment was booked and confirmed weeks in advance. 1 hour before, I’m asked to come 1 hour later then once I’m there I’m asked to wait at lea...st another hour or come back tomorrow. This is unacceptable and bad business practices! People make appointments for a reason! I would suggest you go elsewhere unless you just have time to waste! To your response: I understand you have to do what you have to do to represent your brand in a positive light however, there’s no need to spread false narratives. You and I both know this was not about a deposit because if it was, you would’ve or should’ve canceled my appointment 3 weeks ago. And if you would’ve just canceled this morning after I sent the deposit, I would’ve understood considering that’s your policy. I’m in no way slandering your business (which you accused me of via text message) because that would mean that I am telling lies, which I am not. Your appointment wasn’t confirmed until this morning when you finally sent a deposit and I still tried to accommodate. I even offered a 50 percent discount for the inconvenience. Sorry you feel I was not accommodating but I over accommodated by even continuing to still try and honor the appointment you had not sent the deposit for.
