Update: I went back and Sara offered me to redo the nails since it was several nails that chipped It has been a day and so far it is holding up well ...and I think it will last like it usual does. . I really appreciated it. Sara was very professional and handled it graciously. Because of this I will add the stars. Thank you for the good customer experience.🙏🏻 I went to M Nail Spa last Saturday to get a Naturell Pedicure and a Collagen Manicure with the Dazzle Dry which costs $8 extra. I would have given 4-5 stars. It’s a smaller salon with a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The person I had did not talk much, but that was ok, because I wanted to relax . Unfortunately my manicure did not even last one day. I had this kind of manicure with Dazzle Dry already several times there and it always lasted around one week. So I was very disappointed that it just chipped off so soon despite me being careful. I am not sure if I should call them and if they offer to fix it. Show more

My first visit was absolutely exceptional. I felt bad trying to find a new nail place after being with my last technician for almost 10 years, but aft...er moving it just made sense to find somewhere more convenient after trying to make it work for a year. This is not just another nail salon. I immediately noticed how clean and organized the salon was. Everything maintained in great shape. No sloppiness here. A massive wall of a variety of polishes, dip etc. I was seated right on time for my appointment, which on only booked an hour or so prior. Not only that but it’s not common to find people that cared about the details of their work, while working efficiently and taking their appointments on time. As someone with “sensitive nails” sometimes the filing for new sets isn’t something I look forward to. My service was so gentle and pleasant it wasn’t like other manicures in the past that I had received. Easily my new nail place! I can’t wait to book a pedicure and my next fill. Massages, and other little treats too! The price may be slightly higher than other local places but the quality is well well worth it Show more
