I’ve been here a few times and it is always hit or miss. I have been coming here mostly for the convenience of their late hours. This time, the gentle...man doing my dip manicure decided to fully grind off my old dip, no soaking at all. He took half of my nail thickness in the process. My nails were so paper thin afterwards, he couldn’t even file them into shape without adding dip powder first. They were so fragile. I have VERY strong and thick nails, so this was alarming. He also only ground off my cuticles, no clippers at all. My cuticles are now inflamed and burning when touched by anything. Literally all red around my nails. I’m now worried it’s getting infected. During the manicure, he also was slapping my hand with a nail file?? And pushing my fingers into unnatural positions for easier access. I’ve never had this before, and it was so incredible uncomfortable. I kept saying ow, and pulling my hand back, but he kept going like I didn’t say anything. I’ve tried to return to the one person that gave me a great manicure, and they canceled my appointment without any explanation. Honestly, this was a bad enough experience that I will never return here. Show more
