Called earlier in the day to come in and have my nails fixed which I had just paid $111 for on Friday (12/05). The receptionist or whatever she is STI...LL charged me for my nails even though I told her they were chipped and broken when I called. She said she could only give me a 30% discount which is complete bs. Needless to say, this establishment will NEVER see my money ever again. Not to mention, Kyle drilled too deep and cut my cuticles. Would give ZERO stars if possible. Show more

I have been going to Avalon nails for about 3/4 years. All the reviews are true. The prices are absurd and not fully communicated, sometimes you wait ...long even with an appointment, or you get there & find out the appointment was cancelled. I have never complained because the tech I go to’s talent always outweighed the cons. However these past 5 times that I have gone to Avalon nails the tech is watching TV shows on her phone & not paying much attention to me & what I am saying to her. Today I was charged $80 for an acrylic overlay over my short natural nails with French design. The last time I did this it was $65. Every time I go I never know how much my nails are going to be & it is at the point that it is just not worth it anymore. Show more
