Simply unprofessional no one is keeping times for appointments I’m not even sure they know who booked services or not they take walk in appointments a...nd put those before the people who actually set appointments. Overall I’m still waiting for someone to call me when the hair stylist get there which brings back to the don’t know hat appointments they have for the day. Show more

Terrible. Unprofessional. I emailed the tech when I made the appointment, no response. My appointment was 8 am and tech called me 5 mins before to tel...l me to come at 9. I didn’t agree, she said she would hurry.just go to shop it is open. I get there, it’s dark and closed. I left and 10 mins later she begins calling and texting saying she is there. Despite making the appointment days ahead and it being confirmed, I did not get my hair braided as planned. Such a disappointment Show more
