I left work early to be there on time. As of this review, I still have not received a response. Understand, that things come up. A simple text or call and I would of gladly rescheduled. On Apr 7 2021, Cannot provide a review she cancelled after I was standing there at a locked door and I got a text from her. Then after a year I though...t “Ok things happen give her a second chance”. Today, was my appt at 9:30 am and she did it again. Information given to me was information that clearly she could have informed me yesterday. Unreliable and inconsiderate to new customers.
